Managed seller relations, outside partnerships and builder purchase agreements through construction build-out and acceptance. Initiated
and maintained long term, high trust professional and business relationships with stake holders, land sellers, vendors, contractors
and appointed or elected governmental officials.

sellers and regulatory agencies.
- Assembled and cross-trained a team of 14 professionals, allowing maximum resource leveling
and efficiency of operation. Team consisted of attorneys, planners, engineers, construction managers and acquisition specialists.
- Instituted a GIS system to identify, target and track prospective land parcels for acquisition, with comparable market pricing. Established
the methodology and the parameters of a construction cost data base for conceptual cost estimating, thus facilitating rapid financial
analysis of pre-acquisition project performance potential.
